Due to the nature of our product (food item), we do not offer returns or refunds once the jar is opened or delivered.

If you receive a damaged product or have any issue, reach out within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or full refund.

To cancel an order, do it within 1 hour of placing it, by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or Email.

Once refund is approved the amount will be credit in 5-7 working days.

Damage and deffective or even replacement of any product will be delivered in 3-4 days.
